Our story
CaseFlow was born from a simple question lawyers kept asking: why is my office spread across four systems, and why is none of them really mine?
One case-management program, a second one for accounting, a third for legal research, and e-mail, WhatsApp and Zoom on the side. Each with its own subscription, an interface from the 2000s, and the clients' data sitting with some vendor in the cloud. And above all, the thing a lawyer fears most: losing control. Of the data, of the deadlines, of what leaves the office under their name.
The idea
We built one system for the whole firm, and we built it from the ground up AI Native: the smart assistant is not a chat window pasted onto old software but part of every screen, working on the firm's own data. It does the grunt work, and the lawyer approves. Always.
And we built it so the data stays on the office computer, encrypted. Not in a vendor's cloud, not on our server. A law firm that hands its clients' files to a third party has given up something it must not give up.
Who we are
CaseFlow is developed and maintained by LegalTech, an Israeli software house specialising in systems for law firms. We work with many law firms across Israel. The system runs on Windows and Mac, in Hebrew, English and Arabic.
Three principles that do not change
- The whole firm in one place. One system, one price, not four subscriptions.
- Encrypted on your own computer. The clients' data stays with you.
- You always approve. Nothing is saved, sent, signed or charged without your approval.
