Accessibility statement

The CaseFlow website (caseflow.co.il) is committed to being usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, under Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

Conformance

This site is built to Israeli Standard IS 5568 Level AA, based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA as well. The checks covered semantic structure and headings, alternative text for images, colour contrast, full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator, forms with labels and error messages, respect for the "reduce motion" preference, and correct display at 200% zoom and at a 320-pixel viewport width.

On-site accessibility tools

An accessibility widget (floating button) lets visitors, among other things: resize text; adjust letter, word and line spacing; enable high contrast, colour inversion or greyscale; highlight links and headings; hide images; enlarge the cursor; switch to a dyslexia-friendly font; stop animations; and use a reading guide or reading mode. The widget opens from the keyboard too, and Esc closes it.

Keyboard and screen-reader navigation

  • A "Skip to content" link appears on the first Tab press on every page.
  • Every link, button and form field is reachable by keyboard, in a logical order, with a visible focus indicator.
  • The mobile menu opens and closes from the keyboard, and Esc closes it.
  • Pages are marked with landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and every page carries one main heading.
  • The site's animations show the product only; they stop when the operating system is set to "reduce motion".

Known gaps

The product demonstrations on the home page are shown as scaled-down windows of the system; their text is small on narrow screens. The full text of every demonstration appears as regular text on the same page and on the system page.
