Where does the firm's data live?
On the office computer, encrypted. The backup is encrypted too; syncing it to the firm's own cloud is your choice, off by default. CaseFlow's servers hold no client files. Details on the security page.
What does the smart assistant do, and not do?
It does the grunt work at your request: drafts, files, prepares charges, files court notices and sets dates. Every result waits in the proposals inbox until the lawyer clicks "Approve". It does not send, sign, file or charge anything on its own.
What happens if I do not approve a proposal?
Nothing. The proposal stays in the inbox until you approve, edit or reject it. No action runs by default.
How does the system sync with the courts system?
With the lawyer's own smart card, from inside the system. Court notices reach the right case and are proposed as a task and a calendar date; the lawyer approves the filing. The system is built so it never puts a load on the courts system.
What happens to the previous system?
Migration is guided: cases, clients and documents are imported, checked together, and only then the switch is final. Until the final switch you can go back. The data is always yours and can be exported at any time.
Windows or Mac?
Both, in the same version, with signed automatic updates. CaseFlow is the only system on the market with full Mac support.
Which languages does the system support?
Hebrew, English and Arabic, with true RTL. Each user picks their own language.
How many seats can be connected?
Several seats on the office network work on the same encrypted database, with roles and permissions per user. The number of users depends on the plan.
What happens without internet?
The system keeps working on the data on the computer. Integrations that need a connection (the courts system, e-mail, Zoom) wait for the connection and continue from there.
